Earth Tracks Tracking and Nature Club Thursday July 23rd 2009 7 p.m. - Blue Canoe in South River - 100 Ottawa Ave.
This will be the first meeting for the Earth Tracks Tracking and Nature Club in the South River Area. Come and join like-minded folks who have a passion and appreciation for nature and the outdoors. This first event will be a time to get to know each other and share stories, memories and photos of our experiences in the natural world. In the coming months we will explore our local areas and begin to unravel the many mysteries of the natural world. There will be an informal talk and slidesow as well as a chance for people to show thier own items. Feel free to bring some thing along to share. Tuesday September 8th 2009 — 6 p.m. at the Blue Canoe in South River. 100 Ottawa Ave
We will meet at the Blue Canoe before heading out to one of our favorite local Tracking areas. We’ll be out until dark and ask that people come prepared to be outside for a couple of hours. Our future outings will mostly be on weekends, but I just wanted to get some of us together sooner than later seeing as September is a busy canoe tripping month. If you’re interested in joining us please let us know ahead of time, but you are just as welcome to arrive on the date of the event. Looking forward to seeing you all.
